Skincenthicals is a skincare store brand offering cosmetic skincare and beauty products. We currently ship orders to addresses in the United Kingdom and the United States of America.


1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to: the United Kingdom and the United States of America. We do not currently ship to other countries or regions outside the UK and USA. If this changes in the future, we will update this policy.

2. Order Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business day after payment is received and confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During busy periods (sales, seasonal promotions, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer. We will use reasonable efforts to communicate any significant delays. Business days mean Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays in the country where the order is being processed.

3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times below are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, weather, and other factors outside our control.

We typically use USPS for UK deliveries.

  • Standard UK Shipping:
    Estimated delivery: 4–9 business days after dispatch

*United States

We typically use USPS for US deliveries.

    Estimated delivery: 4–9 business days after dispatch

4. Shipping Costs

We charge $8 for a shipping order in the USA, and for the  UK we charge £7

5. Order Confirmation & Tracking

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that may include a tracking number and link (if tracking is available for your chosen shipping method).

Please allow up to 48 hours after dispatch for tracking information to update.


6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please verify your shipping address carefully before submitting your order.

  • If an address is incorrect or incomplete, your parcel may be delayed, misdelivered, or returned to us.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we can:

    • Reship the package to a corrected address (additional shipping charges may apply).

We cannot be held responsible for deliveries made to the wrong address if the address provided at checkout was incorrect or incomplete.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a parcel has been handed to the carrier, delivery is partly outside our control.

 Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your parcel:

  • Check with household members, neighbours, or building reception/mailroom

  • Contact the carrier to open a trace or investigation

While we will help where possible, we are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery.

9. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of:

    • The outer packaging

    • The shipping label

    • The damaged product(s)

  2. Contact us within 2–4 business days of delivery at info@skincenthicals.com with your order number and photos.

  3. We will review the issue and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances.


10. Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at info@skincenthicals.com.

  • We can only modify or cancel orders that have not yet been processed or dispatched.

  • If your order has already shipped, you may need to follow our Returns & Refunds Policy once the order has been delivered.
