When will my order arrive?

Delivery time then depends on your location and the shipping method you choose at checkout.

What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address. we charge $8 for USA Shipping and £7 for UK shipping

What if my serum arrives damaged?
If your serum (or any item in your order) arrives damaged, leaking, or defective, please contact us as soon as possible.
To help us resolve it quickly:
Take clear photos of the damaged product and the packaging.
Email us with your order number, photos, and a short description of the issue.
Once we review your claim, we’ll arrange a suitable solution – this may be a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation and our policy.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping depends on the reason for the return:
If you received the wrong item, a damaged product, or there was an error on our side, Skin Centhicals will normally cover the cost of return shipping or offer a replacement without requiring a return (case by case).
If the return is due to change of mind, wrong item ordered, or any reason not caused by Skin Centhicals, the customer is usually responsible for the return shipping cost.
How will I receive my refund?
